Bio

A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, Dr Bohler is a British and internationally trained consultant Orthopaedic surgeon, with certification through the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

He has subsequently completed fellowship training in upper and lower limb reconstructive surgery, sports and trauma. His subspecialty interests include partial, primary, revision and robotic hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery having trained under the mentorship of Professors Piers Yates, Chris Jones and Gareth Prosser.

He has extensive exposure to major trauma having treated patients at regional trauma centres’ including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Scotland, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Australia.

Iain values providing holistic, personalised care, staying abreast of evidence-based treatments, and adopting a multi-disciplinary approach to patient recovery.

He holds position of honorary lecturer with the University of Glasgow as well as a post graduate diploma in clinical education.
