Bobbi joined Physiotherapy Associates in 2012, bringing 26 years of healthcare experience.

Formerly a ward clerk at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, she became the hospital's first certified Unit Clerk in July 1996 after training in Washington DC. Bobbi's expertise includes managing medical offices for specialists in rheumatology and nephrology.

As office manager she holds the practice together with her knowledge of patient bookings and scheduling, insurance matters, billing and assists in managing the property that the clinic works from. All with a well-recognised touch of humour, ensuring our practice runs smoothly and happily.
