Through the close union of physiotherapists and orthopaedic surgeons, we are able to provide advanced patient care, treating a broad range of conditions including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports injuries.

Welcome to OPA

Orthopaedic & Physiotherapy Associates has been proudly serving Bermuda since 2003, when Dr William Peckett returned to his home island with his wife (Lizzie) Elizabeth Peckett.

Leading orthopaedic surgeon Dr William Peckett established his medical practice, now known as Orthopaedic Associates Ltd. In 2006, Lizzie, a physiotherapist, founded the physiotherapy practice now known as Physiotherapy Associates Ltd and joined forces with Orthopaedic Associates Ltd. We have a strong supportive team who we are very proud of and who work together to provide outstanding healthcare service on the island.

The close union between Orthopaedic surgeons and Physiotherapists means that we are able to provide unrivalled patient care through an integrated orthopaedic and physiotherapy approach, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, trauma and sports injuries in Bermuda.

John and Audrey Morbey, Patients.

“My wife and I have been clients of OPA ever since its inception. Throughout that time we have found the conveniently located facility to be efficient in every way. The personnel are always friendly and helpful, both in reception and in the application of their professional services. They have guided us through a multiplicity of post operative and injury related episodes, with humour and needed treatment, with satisfactory results, and in doing so have justified our confidence in them.”
